I have played this game and still enjoy it now as an adult. We had an Amiga when I was a kid, so it was one of the first games I played on it. It is quite a challenging game, suited for kids or adults. The object of the game is to try to find all the people on the house. You play as Gomez and you try to find everyone so that you can go into the family room and find Mortician, who has been taken.

There are levels for every character in the house except for Lurch and Thing. For each level there is a boss that you must beat to free the character of the level. There are also two or three levels
of power-ups, where you can get more hearts to add to your general health.
The game is fairly simple, with you exploring the house’s different levels and defeating different kinds of bad guys. Though they are not really very complex bad guys, and the bosses are not very varied in terms of how you can defeat them, the generic bad guys change with every level, and the levels are detailed enough to keep it interesting. You don’t have a weapon - you just jump on the bad guys’ heads. The game is meant to be played with a joystick which has a jump button.
For a game played on an older platform, it is pretty good. The graphics are not that great compared to today’s computers, of course, but they were pretty good for the time. In terms of other games I have had on the Amiga, it would have to be one of the best. It doesn’t require a lot of intricate thinking (it is a fairly simple game) but enough of a challenge to keep you coming back. In terms of other movie-to-game adaptations, I would say it is quite good. It follows enough of the story to make sense, but it is also completely accessible even if you have never seen the Addams Family.
All in all, this is a very good game to play if you haven’t played a lot of computer games. The violence is level is very low, so it is also suitable for children. It’s also fun for adults and also for people who enjoy the Addams Family in general. It's a good allover game, with interesting levels and characters. I liked it when I was a kid, and I still enjoy it.
