Duck tales follows Uncle Scrooge and his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie on a quest to find gold on a three day adventure. The game starts off with 3 options, try your luck in the money vault to find a single coin worth $1000, play the stock market or explore the world for treasure with Flintheart Glomgold hot on your tail, continually trying to knock you out of the sky when you're flying or beating you to treasure filled locations around the world.
To collect treasure, Launchpad McQuack will take you on the flight of your life.
There are several things you must avoid in the skies such as power lines, hot air balloons controlled by the beagle boys dropping fridges & safes out of them and thunder clouds which strike you down to the ground and in reverse, also fluffy white clouds that will send you spinning every which way.
Once you make it to your destination, Scrooge's nephews complete the tasks each with 3 lives. In the jungle scene one of the boys will be swinging from wines, dodging toucans and catching a ride with a hippo! Watch out for sleeping pumas & snakes, you'll end up in water!! The boys also get into some mountaineering starting at the base of a mountain and crawling their way up, avoiding bears & other such
creatures that will knock you off your perch sending you plummeting to the ground below.
Webbigale makes an appearance as a photographer in the jungles of the world taking photos of rare animals, each with a dollar value, watch out for the pink elephants as they're big bucks!! The good thing about these is you can not die so snap away!
Uncle Scrooge gets in on the action is what I would say is the hardest challenges - caving!! While trying to avoid a mummy that chases you and avoid black holes, you must navigate your way through a slimy cave to find the treasure. When you finally find your way to the treasure, the reward is pretty good.
One tip is to continually drop your money off the island, if you're in a plane crash you can lose valuable money which counts to your final score. At the end of the 3 days, who ever has managed to collect the most treasure wins!
This is a children’s adventure game suitable for young kids. I loved this game and played it all the time. With different skill levels anyone can play it and have a great time.
