I remember playing this game a long time ago. I am a huge fan of all the Infocom story games for the commodore 64. This particular one is my favourite. It’s more of an adult oriented adventure not for those that are young, but I played all these adult games when I was 12 or 13. What better time to play story games so you can type all kinds of gross stuff.
The story games are really hard and take a long type and can sometimes be frustrating because they, commodore games, weren’t programmed to know a whole lot of commands so you had to make sure that you worded anything you did just right.
You take on a planet full of women that want to make you their slave and you have to save the planet from the evil goddesses. I’ve played this game for hours on end and still can’t beat it, as a matter of fact I have never beaten a single infocom story game. If you love this one some other great ones from infocom to try are Moon mist, Wish Bringer, Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, nord and bert, the lurking horror and all of the zork series. Trust me you will have a lot of fun.
A good tip is when you start out in the bar and then you end up in the jail cell inspect the bar scene and the jail
cell and surrounding areas very closely, you will love what you can do and what you can find if you just look hard enough.
I think you should look through this site and get all the credits you can and go straight to the commodore 64 section and download all the infocom story games you can find. I don’t want to ruin anymore of the game for you just pick the games and download them. Play them you won’t be disappointed. Stay tuned for my next review of a classic commodore 64 game.
