This is a game where you are the Director of Operation for a space project. You're the one the schedule the shuttle launches, supervise them, choose shuttle content and crew, assemble the space station with a pod that you control in space, etc. You have to create a ussable space station in order to send crew in space and leave them there so they can perform space researches (in the space labs you brought, and with the equipment you bought). Note that each research need resources that you should not forget to bring regularly, otherwise, your researches will shutdown unless you refill them.

You also deal with the financial aspect of the project and are responsible of bringing incomes as well as spending it for the better (let's
hope) of your Space Station's future.
When you launch a shuttle, depending on the date and season, there's chances that the weather would make the launch impossible or harder to perform. Note that if you go off track while launching a shuttle, it will still arrive in space but will be far from your station and will require more work to unload the shuttle and / or assemble your station.
While in space, there are obstacles (space debris or else) that could get in the way of your work and damage your pod while you work. It is recommended to get rid of them previous to starting assembling or unloading, otherwise, the pod you use could hit those obstacles, get broken and you'll need to bring out a second pod with a second crew to rescue the damaged one.
You select the crew you hire for each mission. Each crew member don't have the same skills for each job, so you need to consult their individual files previous to hiring them and make sure you have the proper team for the work you plan.
I loved that game because that's a complete game, you have to deal with every aspect of the station, financial, material, human and scientific. You even have to deal with temperature and winds in order to get your shuttles safely to destination. For those who loves sims games, that's a very good one and I’d be ecstatic if any game producer would repeat the exploit that was made in the creation of that game.
