Game Review (written by Rhickman) Added on: 01/12/2007
This by far is one of my favorite games of all time. In this game, you are a spy on a mission to save the girl, as in many classic games. Your vehicle is a sweet white car that goes faster than many of the other vehicles in the game and is very hard to stop if you are good at it. If I had to sum this game up in a few words to describe it, I would say: A classic shoot 'em up combined with a driving game.
That, coupled with all of the best 007 tricks such as oil slick, smoke screen, machine guns and even a rocket launcher, you are unstoppable! If you like games where you can spend hour after hour listening to a catchy theme song, inspired by agent 007 himself, and driving on snowy and icy roads, this is definitely a keeper.
Game play for this game is hardly monotonous as you will need to keep track of what vehicles you are taking off the road and what cars you are letting go by.
If you want to be able to play this game in its original format you will have to find an arcade that has it either in its stand up or

sit down versions. It was later adapted by Konami for the Colecovision console in the mid 1980s and I have to say that they did a great job in doing so. They allowed the player to be able to use the paddles that came with the game or to attach a steering wheel and gas and brake pedals. I strongly recommend this game to anyone who has not tried their hand at it.
5 stars all the way!
