I can't find the correct answer to your question on the sponsor website.
Have you followed all steps of the instructions exactly like it is written? Sometimes there are 1-2 additional pages on the sponsor website that are not mentioned in the instructions since they appear only for some surfers.
This happens usually on surveys. If you can not find ("see") the answer on the sponsor page, please use my contact form and describe what you see on the place where the answer should be.
Please copy/paste the URL of the website into your message, this is very important for me to find the problem.
