Galshell-blood red skies is a unique shorting game. But it might not good for people with a fainted heart. This is because its unique design of game theme that blending human body with strange creatures and it looked like you are fighting inside a very big organism. It is very hard shooting game for people who want something different. You can also used joint stick and game pad to play since it is very hard to use keyboard to win this game.
You can choose through different vehicles, male and female creatures. There are two basic weapons of your vehicles; the direct weapon and indirect weapon. The only different between male and female is the indirect weapon. While the female indirect weapon is homing missiles, the male in direct weapon is homing laser. Homing missile is good against scattering low resistance enemies while homing laser is good against high resistance enemy. Your vehicles have three life point and the game will over if you lose three life point.
When you killed you enemy with direct shoot you will get blood sacs from them. There is also a 'blood gauge' on the upper right of the screen. When the blood gauge reached 100 percent, your weapon will be upgrade and it will give you one life point.
This is very hard game because there is almost too much shoot from enemies. It is almost impossible to evade all of their shoots. So, the main trick if to finished them before they have chances to shoot your vehicles. There are roughly three form of enemy, small, middle and large. The small have the lowest resistant and give only one blood sac while middle and large energy(included boss) have higher resistant and yield multiple blood sac. It is pain in the ass to use only direct shoot to kill the enemy to get blood sac since indirect shoot is more powerful. So the trick is try to use indirect weapon to kill small energy and lower resistant of middle and large enemies and finished them with direct weapon. Be careful! The percent of blood sac gauge will be reduce if you lose life points. Final trick is when you are close to enemies, your shoot will reach them faster and they will die faster.
