Game Review (written by Shannon) Added on: 02/15/2008 Ring Out is an adult themed adventure game that is very adult in nature. The plot is extremely linear, and there is little or no challenge to the game at all. The game is entirely mouse driven.
The game begins when young eighteen-year-old Aya is dragged from her father’s bedside in a local hospital. Her father had, evidently, acquired the cash for his life-saving operation from a group of very impatient loan sharks, who now want to be repaid. Of course, as a bedridden invalid, Aya’s father has no means of repaying his debt, so Aya is kidnapped and given the choice of working off her father’s debt, or watching as the operation is “reversed.” In other words, the thugs will kill her father.
Aya complies. At this time, the user is given several choices. Aya is pictured in the locker room, and the user will have to choose between several predefined actions, such as think, look at self in the mirror, and so forth. There is no wrong answer. The game will just comment on the user’s choice of actions and dialogue throughout the game, but the plot will not advance until the user makes the appropriate choice. It is really not a game, therefore. There is not challenge, no puzzle, no input at all. It is just mindless clicking on the options provided. There is no detriment to making the wrong decision. It just prolongs the end of the game.
Inevitably, Aya will become the star of a lesbian wrestling ring, and will in fact lose her virginity to a dominatrix in the ring before a gasping and groaning crowd. As the game progresses, she will see different partners and will perform more and more lewd and lurid acts. She will have a few heterosexual partners, but most of the “action” in Ring Out is lesbian in nature.
While the graphics are anime, they are very graphic. As opposed to the hint of body parts, Ring Out animates them very explicitly. It also isn’t a game of verbal hints. There are no suggestions in Ring Out, but rather it features extremely direct and straightforward language, complete with expletives and raunchy slang.
Because of the complete lack of choices for the user, and its tunnel-vision linear plot, it is only good for a one time “play.” The game can be saved after each scene and the user has the opportunity to view the events of the game if he wants, so “playing” the game is really not necessary, unless the user wants the titillation of the sexy dialogue. Ring Out, at that, is still a one time play, but it is definitely unique and may provide a tease, a chuckle, or a drop in the jaw for one time around.Comments

Zennaka (05/23/2008) Ring Out is an adult game, based on a pro lesbian wrestling ring. The main girl Aya is sold because of her father's debts. The young woman is forced into a pro lesbian ring, where she has to wrestle for dominance. If she loses, and you will probably lose more than once, you'll have to follow the script. The game is mostly yuri or lesbian, but there is some girl on guy action.
