Super Angelo Super Angelo Super Angelo
Game Review (written by Eric) Added on: 04/05/2008
Super Angelo is a platform game that is a clone of the super popular game Super Mario Brothers. Just like the Super Mario game, Angelo has to go through different levels in his attempt to save the princess.
The game has better graphics than the very first Super Mario Brother game because the game features cleaner and more colorful graphics and an adorable Mario clone- Angelo. The animation is clean with fluid movement. The graphics really look fun and looks good. As for the game’s sound effects, there is no background music and limited sound effects. The original Mario Bros. beats this game in terms of the music because the original game has the upbeat song that is just as popular as the game itself.
Angelo has to go against dragons and other creatures to be able to save the princess. To make the game easier, you can collect special items in the game that will make it easier for you to defeat the enemies and beat the game. The game requires quick reflexes so you can easily jump around and avoid the enemies and go over the platforms and other obstacles.
Like Mario the game has plenty of fun levels and you can take different routes to achieve the end of the game. This makes the replay value of the game very high. The controls are very easy to learn so even young players won’t have problems learning and having fun with the game. It only takes a few minutes to figure out what you need to do with the game. The rest of the time you will spend playing the game will be all about having fun with it and trying to beat it. What’s great about this game is that anyone can play it and have fun with it from young players to older players.
The game does not offer anything original in terms of the game’s plot and even story line so I would only recommend this game to people who don’t have copies of the Super Mario game. If you don’t have a copy of the Super Mario Bros. for any of your gaming systems, then I suggest you download this game right away. It’s fun, addictive and definitely exciting. Anyone who loves cute, fun, platform games will enjoy this game. The game may lack originality but it’s not bad at all. It won’t cause any frustrations or disappointments in anyone’s part. Over all, it’s just a fun platformer.
