Game Review (written by Morlan) Added on: 11/09/2006
This takes a little getting used to; the plot starts right from the onset but does step up as you play.
Overall it’s quite a good plot; I kept playing because I wanted to know what happens next, 'not just the desire to complete some game'. You might look at it at first and see the lack of fluid animation but once you sit and get to know the game it seems to become one of those things you have to see until the end, and it will make you chase for it too!
The control method is the old popup menu style, right click for actions, select and click.

all you really have to do is select the right one from the list. The one thing that at first seems like a major advantage that everything that you can interact with is obvious when you run the mouse over it, although it might be an object inside another objects etc...
But there is so much junk you can collect you really have to know what you’re looking for and get In Character anyone playing MUD's out there reading this would probably get something out of this game. This game has kept me up for many nights, the characters in the game are quite well thought out, and even though the overall feel of the game is very formal, it develops over time as you get to know what happening and then notice the very dry sense of humor used, except maybe for the crack head in the flats.
You can get killed and end the game short, which is means there’s more incentive to do it right, some other games as you probably know don’t let you completely fluff thing up. It will keep you thinking, the puzzles and train of thought running through the game and interesting and realistic enough to keep you engrossed.
This is a major thing that kept me playing it the realism okay its not 'just like real life' what game is, but the plot isn’t unreasonable, its all tracking murderers, messing with drug dealers and underground organizations.
So in my opinion I would recommend this game to any adventure fan out there. If this game had speech then it could have become a top title, or maybe that’s just my opinion. And a good tip would be: "You will need more than a quiet evening on this one".

It's good to find this game again. I never did finish it back in the 1990s. By the way, great website.

This game rocks :) And the music is cool too - but then I'm oldskool. It's actually quite difficult, especially for a 12 year old (thats how old I was when it was released). If you fail to make the right choices early on then you may not know about it for quite some time. There is a really involving and mysterious quality to the game that pulls you in. I reccommend quitting warcraft as once you start this game you will be hooked!

Good game this. some of the puzzles are pretty hard to work out, but the story line keeps you interested enough to keep trying to get further. Great site this, quality games that actually work!
