You can use the mirrors to reflect the laser beams and focus it to another direction.
You can use this as your weapon to kill the robots. After you kill the robot, you can already get your dog. You can then proceed to the next level. At the start of each level you will find yourself climbing up a ladder. The level ends with you going down the ladder with your dog. Saving Rover involves moving objects around so you can reach the dog. The items that you can move around include: crates, mirrors (which you can use to deflect laser beams), star pearls, and anti-gravity carts.
You will have to save the dog from four different types of robots. The first robot will try to shoot you but won’t move. The other one is a robot that runs around and will shoot Roger when it sees him. Another robot will really move around to chase after Roger. The last robot runs around and shoots at Roger when he runs into him.
The graphics of the game is not really very good but I guess it’s just something that you have to deal with when you play games that were released in the early nineties and in the eighties. The sounds are also just average.
This game is fun because even if it is essentially a puzzle game, it also a little bit of adventure mixed in. It’s really a simple game but it packs in loads of fun. It’s appropriate for players of different ages from young children to adults.
