Joe & Mac caveman Ninjas, this game is the classic Jump around kill things collect things getter points. It reminds me of the old Sega games like sonic the hedgehog. Slightly better graphics not quite as good as full metal jacket. The backgrounds were a little interesting dinosaurs and jungle vines. Watching the guys wind up their arms before they through their axes was also funny to watch.
Basically you take your character "Joe" or "Mac" and fight your way left to right through the level till you reach the end and fight the boss.
The characters are amusing and throw stone axes at their enemies. The game does have a two play feature though I never tried it out for myself so you should be able to play 2 players at a time in a co-operative effort to defeat your enemies.
So if you like platform games with guys in loin cloths throwing stone axes and killing things then this is the game for you, or if you have a 13 year old boy you want to entertain for a few hours this is also the game for you.
Over all I would give the game a 8 out of ten, it was mildly interesting and the graphics and sound were good but not grate the game play very

predictable. You do have to remember that the game is a classic so if you’re expecting new graphics and performance like you get from current games you will be a little disappointed.

Game Review 2 (written by Iwantwarhammer) Added on: 04/20/2007
Joe and Mac: Caveman Ninja is the best game I have ever played. The stunning graphics and smooth game play add to the dynamic and twisting plot as you guide Joe and Mac through the caveman world as ninjas.
So… you might be thinking what in gods name are ninjas doing with cavemen? Well I will tell you what they are doing, they are causing trouble for Joe and Mac. As Joe and/or Mac you must deal with this pressing issue of ninjas in a caveman world. Now you might ask, again, what are dinosaurs doing with cavemen? Well history would say no way, that makes no sense, but Joe and Mac would say otherwise as they romp their way through hundreds of thousands of dinosaurs. This game also has amazing replay value seeing as though you can play it alone or with a friend. This game is best played on a high definition 1080p, the best televisions known to man. With a Dolby digital sound system or THX it will rock your world with its realistic 3D sound quality.
The character development is also amazing. Joe is seen as the rough and spontaneous one while Mac is quite and conserved. These two character class is all kinds of goofy ways while they stumble around their prehistory world of cavemen and dinosaurs and trolls and mech warriors and magic dragons riding even bigger magic dragon zombies.
