ROBOT DRIODS! No I am not talking about beeping garbage cans I am talking about Virtual On Cybertroopers it will blow you circuits! This I such a great game it puts you right in the front seat of the action. In was amazed by the clarity. The home port of Sega's arcade hit where you take control of gigantic, fully armoured battle droids with amazing artillery and capabilities. You must duke it out against other droids in duel-like battles over a set of different arenas.
The game areas are enjoyable and challenging me for the levels to be of satisfactory they were not too difficult yet not too hard. It takes strategy to defeat these droids, their no dead hunks of metal, if you’re not paying attention they will kick your butt.
The game boasts 8 fully polygonal droids, each with its own strengths and weaponry combinations that are totally different and unique from the rest. With 10 different arenas with their own layout and traps that are fully playable. Proceed through the entire campaign via subjecting yourself to "virtual training" which shows you the rope and is pretty much a piece of cake. then ounce you pass that your ready for the real deal
facing off for the real thing against the other computer controlled droids, who are just as good as you or better so stay on your toes. You may also go against a human opponent in multiplayer combat, over LAN, modem, serial link or the same computer with split screen display, if you prefer a real person to battle you.
I give this game an A for creativity and excitement level, once I was on I did not want to get of it was so exhilarating. No more crappy robots! These graphics are hot and they won't put you to sleep. Most droids are more dreary that dangerous but this game breaks that cycle and has made and assume mix of danger and exhilaration "DANGERATION". Many times I just can't stop playing and its no because I have a comfy computer chair. No this game truly rocks and would recommend it to any person who enjoys high action android robot games. I surly enjoyed it and would recommend it to any one.
