This is a classic game and a great board game for the family. The online version is easy to use and is obviously similar to the original game but is a good version to play. Have played a few online versions of this game and find that this one is easy to use and simple instructions to follow. Haven’t had any problems with bugs and the game is easy to follow. It is not the most advanced version of this game so for better players it probably would be slow and tedious but to those of us who are not backgammon masters this is a nice little game to have on the computer.
The game provides hints and good instructions. The graphics on this game are fine since it doesn’t need the latest high powered graphics card to play it can be played on most computers. It has a good display and clear screen view.
It is a classic game which a lot of people will remember from childhood and it does require bit of thinking as well as luck of the dice but it is a game that I found addictive. It takes a bit of time and losing a few times to get the hang of it but once mastered it is fun to play and you can then move on to more advanced games.
Not just a game for adults
but also one for the younger ones and I think when they get into it they will also enjoy it as much as the older ones. It has similar thinking to chess and draughts that you need to try and think a few shots ahead but once this has been done it is a fun game to play.
This version is good quality and an easy to use game not one that requires loads of memory or hours to load so it is good for a lunch hour game or to fill in time that you have to spare. As long as you read the rules and the instructions then the game is easy to play. The only variable is the dice and where you move the counters with the roll of the dice. As I have said it takes time but once the game has been figured out it is worth downloading this game and trying it at the very least.
I have had no problems with it and it is still one of my favourite mini games to play. The quality of the picture and the speed of the game work a lot in its favour as I have tried to download other versions of this game but this one has definitely been the best one I have found.
