Game Review (written by Morgainemichele) Added on: 02/13/2007
This is a fun but simple game. It is very addicting, I found myself playing for HOURS, even though it IS very basic. This is a good thing too, because it is very easy to learn and doesn't require a lot of skill. Probably one of the reasons it keeps you playing for so long!
The object is to control the most spaces on the board. You can also "capture" your opponent's spaces by landing on an adjacent space. But, your opponent can do the same so watch out that you don't lose your spaces while capturing theirs! The computer can be pretty good so watch out!
But the good news is that there are different difficulty settings, and you have so many options when developing a strategy.

strategy. There are also other features and settings that are cool, like watching the computer play against itself. That one really helped me a lot in learning some good strategies, and developing my Hexxagon skill. :)
You can also play 2 players, which is always nice because you can whoop on your friends, who will probably also get addicted to the game and never want to get off your computer or leave your house! Just tell them to go home and download it themselves! This, unlike some other video games, actually helps DEVELOP your brain, instead of draining it. It really does make you smarter! It's always nice to find a game that is fun, and also doesn't make you feel like you are wasting your life by playing it. At least you can say you are smarter when you are done!
So bottom line is this is a great game, give it a try and I'm sure you will like it too!
