Puyo Puyo 2 is a puzzle game built around a similar style of play as some other popular titles. The game relies on your quick thinking skills as you do your best to stop yourself from being overfilled to the brim.
Gameplay: Puyo Puyo 2 can be very challenging a times and like most puzzle games it can become frustrating to those who are less experienced at these sort of games. You can start small though, with the option of a easier setting and work your way into a harder setting until you have mastered the art.

Gameplay: Puyo Puyo 2 can be very challenging a times and like most puzzle games it can become frustrating to those who are less experienced at these sort of games. You can start small though, with the option of a easier setting and work your way into a harder setting until you have mastered the art. You stack little coloured creatures into their appropriate colours and they are dissolved and then sent to the other player who must then think how to sort them into appropriate
colours.
There is a combo function where the players have the option of rotating the puyo puyo's into a colour combination to finish of several at once, you can also rotate other's into a side column to give you time to think about what to do with them. The options are limitless so it's generally up to the player to decide what the best course of action is.
As stages progress you work your way to stronger characters with higher skills then their predecessors...
Graphics: It is generally what you would expect for a puzzle game and I have found that graphics do not really play a huge part in my opinion of the game. But if I had to say a rating it would be 8/10.
Sound: Certain people may find the sounds of the game to be quite relaxing or they may find them to be annoying, there is no doubt your kids will love them though. 7/10.
Replay: Whenever you feel like it basically, it's good to just jump on and have a few minutes of fun.
All and all I would say that Puyo Puyo is a testament to the franchise of the puzzle games, it requires a decent thinking mind but doesn’t ask to much as well and you do not have to be an expert to play it like some puzzle games. This happens to be the fourth puzzle game that I have played and it is certainly worth the transition from my usual style of play. I would highly recommend this to anyone to play especially those who have a taste for a decent slow to very fast paced thinking game with not much acquired knowledge needed to master it.
