I loved the game Aethra Chronicles. The game was developed in 1994 but with the amazing graphics, you would not have guessed! I loved the game play but, most of all the graphics. At other times, the game had me bored and just seemed to drag on. When the storyline would ink-up though I would want to play for hours.
Overall, I would give this three out of five stars. It was not great but it was not amazing either. I think that the average RPG addict would love it though.

Overall, I would give this three out of five stars. It was not great but it was not amazing either. I think that the average RPG addict would love it though. As I said before the graphics are the only high point of this game. I could barely get to the ending but I think that everyone will for the most part love this game.
The
game played a lot like final fantasy. You know the magic, and the party, with the huge complex storyline. This game was not so complex though. You really can figure it out but it is pre-k stuff either. They really had me thinking. Therefore, I will play this game again because I will admit it; I am hooked.
The music was another one of my favourites. Usually you can only find stuff like this in final fantasy. If you enjoy music like that in final fantasy, you will surely enjoy this stuff, or just put your speakers on mute. Whatever floats your boat?
Let us talk about the story. I do not want to say much because I do not want to give a lot away. It is your typical final fantasy type one. The game play was smooth as silk in my opinion. Yes, it paused a little bit here and there but, ah, well what can you do? I love all of the items in this game. Who else could think up such names?
The items were a bit hard to use because I could not always see the quantity number. Other than that I loved the multiple save points everywhere. Usually I cannot find any when I really need them! I have always loved looking for items and so the hidden places will not let you down, doesn’t it rather remind me of resident evil too. I wish that the townspeople had more to say than just the one-liners.
You can tell whom you are talking to by looking at them but they do not have much personality, therefore, this is where I really found myself yawning. I still liked it. Though bosses were hard in some cases but what ones aren’t in a fantasy RPG? Overall - go out and try it. You won't lose much but time.
