This is a classic. Okay, the graphics aren't amazing, but that is not why we play these games, is it? It's a simple enough racers that puts you in the driving seat and gives you a large variety of courses that range from the insanely easy to courses that will test not only your gaming fingers, but your patience and also will to live. But it's all about shaving those seconds and getting each button press right, the satisfaction is unreal. It's not like the games where you get paid off with a stupidly huge graphical sequence that makes your eyes water and tests your bladder, no.
Here you just get a great big well done and then you are off to the next course of mud flying fury that will get up your pixels and down your nose in the most nauseating way possible.
Gameplay is second to none. You will not be power sliding or getting a rev count that you have to watch precisely, you don't get every single part of your car upgradeable or even choose the color. It's not complicated, just get in the vehicle, wait for the race to start, the lights going from red to green, and then stomp all the way down on your accelerator and keep your finger on it, occasionally braking to hit a corner or two.
You will spend
literally minutes at a time enthralled by this little gem that will have you coming back eagerly for more of the same, over and over. I'd say the worst thing is that there isn't a sequel. Let’s pray they make one soon.
