Just get to the control column of your F-15 Strike Eagle and join the conflict in such hot points, as Iraq (Desert Storm), North Korea, and Panama. With absolute map conformity (every major places are included, including Defense Ministry and Presidential Palace in downtown Baghdad (you even can compare it with tourist maps and try to found any difference!), major bridges over the Euphrates river, DMZ, Seoul, and Pyongyang on the Korea map, and the Canal Zone in Panama, this game is pretending on the name of the best fly simulator of its time!
Use the radar to navigate over accurate pictures of what is going on, request updates from AWAC, and go-off the full arsenal of smart weapons upon your enemies.

F-15 Strike Eagle III is the last and the best in MicroProse's F-15 Strike Eagle series. It has amazing graphics for its day.
The CD-ROM with F-15 Strike Eagle III consists of some art video sequences, tutorials and even a 27 minute History of the Strike Eagle. The Briefing covers your Primary and Secondary targets and some possible threats.
You will fly in this game on the Front seat (Pilot) or the Back seat (Weapon Systems Officer)... We even should set in operation a new term – the "back-seat-driver" – after this! It is a great simulator for cooperated multiplayer game.
I even once constructed such a double-seat cockpit (called them Front/Back) to play this game. I had my cockpit in front and a complex construction made out of bricks, chairs, some wood and a monitor behind – with a second computer, connected by null-modem cable.
It was real fun for me during some days…
Saying in a few words, it is a “must-have” for all real fans of flight sims.
By the way, if you like this game, you should also try F-19 Stealth Fighter, Super-VGA Harrier and, of course, the previous parts of this sequel.
Fasten your seat belts and enjoy you fly!
