The game that will get you into flight simulators. You will find yourself awake for countless hours playing this one. For an extremely old game, F-29 is awesome. You are able to fly 2 proto-type military airplanes. One was an early prototype of today's F-22 Raptor and this plane is a technological marvel that one may attempt to fly in 256 colors. Another Airplane you can fly is this YF-?? I don’t know what but it has reverse swept wings and is ridiculously agile.
The missions vary from deserts to really cool Hawaiian Island type of environment. It is not a very technical or serious game, which allows one to have a lot of fun. If you had a rough one in the office nothing is better than getting into a 40 million dollar aircraft and having an infinite supply of various missiles and taking out everything on land and air, including civilian skyscrapers!
This game is definitely something that should have been in arcades, so I would label this a military arcade aircraft simulator. By the way it is really hard to land in this game. Any tips send them my way.

Make sure you have a 16-bit system of windows in which to operate this
game, because XP and the other 32-bit systems will not run this game. Try selecting a right hand click on the .exe file and go to compatibilities and switch to windows 95 mode, and alter all of your memory from the auto set function, to the highest function possible. Also enable the screen for 256 colors as the game was designed for.
Do not worry about SoundBlaster or any fancy digital audio hardware with this one. Enjoy the finest audio emulations from your extremely obsolete cpu speaker.
