This is a very good, but hard video game by Amtex. You would think that it does not have many great unique items, because of its age, but it does. There are many little things that make this game great. You can take pictures of the fish you catch with a handy little camera. There are many other little things to this game that make it great.
This lake that you fish on is a decent size and, if you never fished in Canada, now is the time you can.
And you can sit at home while doing it. You would think that there are only like 2 or three different kinds of fish, but really there are a couple more then that. You can catch some large mouth and small mouth bass.
There are three different kinds of reels and reel speeds that you have to be pretty accurate with. Click the map where you want to go press engine and you are there. Catching fish is pretty easy, but be careful on the tension line while reeling your catch in. Landing your fish is not very hard, once you get it close to your boat, you catch it.
The graphics in this game are pretty good for a 1995 release
date. This was actually the best fishing game graphically at the time. Amtex did a pretty good on this game overall. It was pretty fun to play it. Another thing that was nice about this game was a hall of fame or a legends room that you can see some fish that were caught. Another little thing that was nice about this game is that you can set the month and time you want to fish which I don't know really matters, but I would like to think it does.
So, overall, it is pretty good fishing game.
