Game Review (written by Shannon) Added on: 09/25/2011
Kings of the Beach probably remains the premier two on two beach volley ball game in gaming history, even though having been released in the late eighties, it is considered totally retro. Besides the port to the personal computer running the MS DOS operating system, Kings of the Beach was also available for the Commodore 64 and the Nintendo Entertainment System. It was published by Electronic Arts, which was one of the premier sporting companies back in the day.
You will be able to play two on two beach volley ball on some of the most scenic and well known beaches in volleyball, such as Rio, Hawaii and Sydney Australia.

You will have to maneuver your players around the sand court, following regular volleyball rules as you try to dig out the opposition’s hits, serve aces and make your own kills.
There are fifteen levels and twenty challengers to beat in the game as you and your partner make your way around the circuit. You can play with a friend and the second player can either be your partner…you and your buddy against the world…or the second player can be your opposition with each of you having a computer | Screenshots: | | | |

Doc1568 (03/17/2012) Great game, a lot of fun. Simple enough to understand, and easy to play for a long time. One of the few volleyball games out there worth playing.Karoolis (11/11/2011) This is a good game. It is very addictive for children and me. I just gets a little bit difficult to the end.
