Powerslide is an old racing game, which first came out, or was released November 30th, 1998. It was developed by the company, Ratbag, but produced by GT Interactive. The tracks and game are set in a futuristic, kind of depressing and dystopian society.
Powerslide is an awesome game which gives you incredible gameplay, awesome graphics, an amazing sound track, and realistic physics as well. Powerslide involves doing some crazy and complicated driving: turning a steering wheel around a sharp curves and corners while braking, driving around tracks that climb and stretch up and down hills; cars also speed along on different textured surfaces.

Powerslide involves doing some crazy and complicated driving: turning a steering wheel around a sharp curves and corners while braking, driving around tracks that climb and stretch up and down hills; cars also speed along on different textured surfaces. The graphics are amazing as well; when players are driving, they actually look like they're driving, when there is snow, it looks like
snow, and when there is dirt, it looks like dirt.
The graphics of the cars aren't bad either. They are Physics are just incomparable too; the harder the gas pedal is pushed, the faster you go, and if it is pushed too hard, then it will go out of control; cars crawl up hills slower than they speed along flat lands. Sound is also expressed very well too, ie, the sound of the engine, the wheels, and the adjustment of the sound to its environment. It is one of the best classic PC games available, and very ahead of its time, and this makes it a "must download." Though there are a limited number of tracks and also a limited number of cars to ride around those tracks, all cars and tracks are pretty cool anyway, and besides, players have the option to unlock additional tracks and cars by playing and winning the championship mode. In Powerslide, there are nine tracks, and thirty drivers. There is also a single player mode, and a versus mode against a startling competitive and intelligent AI (Aritificial Intelligence).
Personally, I this is one of the best and most enjoyable racing games i've played, and overall, this is an excellent racing PC game, and its gameplay, graphics and physics making it an addictive, exciting, and interesting game to play. You will not regret downloading this game; playing Powerslide is most definitely worth it. Ratbag made it well.
