Game Review (written by Jathstryder) Added on: 11/18/2007
Dark Wizard is the greatest game! First you select a main character, each is a powerful force on the battlefield and each has his own strengths weaknesses and interesting storyline. Then you build an army. Depending on which character you chose you will have different forces you can draw on. From chimeras to hydras to elves you can build your army with its own personality. Go sea heavy and form an amphibious assault on the enemy castle, or go air heavy and fight a guerrilla engagement or just a massive land push its up to you.

The interaction with NPC’s is limited but smart, hearing what they have to say can be important, they can tip you off on how best to defeat a particular enemy or tell you where to find a powerful ally. Making sure you equip your soldiers properly is vital, also training them evolving them is critical. The leveling up, as in all RPG’s is addictive. This is truly one of the best games I have ever played.
We have made detailed maps of its every hidden niche and catalogued its every possible story plot and hidden character from every perspective. This Herculean effort took hours of valuable summer vacation time in the early nineties from us, but it was

worth it. I still play it, and more often than not I play it over contemporary games. And I say this now when in the era of 258 processing Xbox 360 are around. That is how good I feel this game to be.
The graphics sound and other such stuff which impressed me! Nice music and great sound quality. Storyline is fantastic. So if you want have fun downloading it immediately!
