Game Review (written by Zenoen) Added on: 12/09/2006
In the game Dope-wars you start off with 2000 money you have borrowed this money from a loan Shark every day that passes you will owe more money to the Loan Shark with a debt of 5000 at start.
You also get to choose what type of gun you want a pistol or a shotgun there are 3 of each all different so it is up to you what kind you want. Your objective is to earn a lot of money. The most you can by selling drugs regardless of where you are it could be in L-A or Sacramento.

If you like to steal cars you can, go right ahead but be careful in here cops are on the lookout for you and if you steal a car you might get caught.
Some times a student at school might decide he wants to make drugs for you (at a certain price) remember to be careful of where you tread You might end up in someone else's Turf.
Also there is an airport to take you any where outside of America (China , France , Japan , New-York & even outer-Space (LOL) ) but where ever you go ( Different Drugs Are Used ).
I have played this game several times and I thought it was quite fun after you got the hang of it.

you have encounters with other gangs and the police masquerading as a drug dealer. Why it’s true that you might meat a drug dealer as you driving around and he would offer Really good prices for a certain drug. You still got to be careful because if he is a police man then you’re going to lose all your drugs and your guns (even the student at the school that make coke for you) - AND NO, not the kind you drink the drug.
There is a hospital that you can get healed at in the game because if you get shot by the police and get knocked down to 10 hp then you might want to stay until your healed because all it would take is one more bullet till you’re dead.
There is a price chart that you can look at to find out the prices of the drugs it varies as to where you are (space, France, Japan, etc...) but it allows you to sell and buy drugs for a good price even if you’re unfamiliar with the average costs.
So my final rating on this game is 8 - 12 on a scale of 20 because it could be better, but it is fun and did a good job for the most part. I have had a lot of fun playing it and agree that it is worth playing a couple of times.
