This game in an absolute classic. I first played it on the Commodore 64 but have not been able to find another copy or another version of the game since. So when I played this game it brought back a lot of memories of being a boy and spending endless hours and days playing computer chess.
The good thing about this game is the graphics used for the game pieces. The king is an actual king and so is the queen and so forth, but the interesting thing is each game piece has its own trade mark move for example when you take another piece using the queen the queen sends a ball of fire to the other piece and destroys it.

When you
take another piece with the knight you see a small sword fight battle.
But not only withstanding that, each piece has a particular way to die also so it is interesting playing and seeing all the different combinations for instance queen takes pawn, pawn takes castle knight takes bishop so all in all this is what made me want to keep playing the game over and over and changed an ultimately boring game such as chess to an extremely exciting challenge.
So if you are a chess buff but are looking for a chess game with a different twist then this is your game. If you’re trying to learn chess or playing it for the first time or you have played it before but find it too boring this version of the game will definitely spice things up. I thoroughly recommend it to everybody
