Game Review (written by Darkmirror20006) Added on: 09/15/2006
Hello. Today I downloaded this game and it was really cool. A lot of games online are bogus, but this game kept me interested and the graphics where really nice as well as the story. You have to contend with over a dozen enemies using different maps. And you get different weapons over the course of the game. You get to build your own robots in example would be arms, legs, chest and can’t use the fighter until they are ready to go into battle.
This is the right game for RTS fans who want to get away from games like warcraft.
Normally I stick with the old but this new one definitely caught my attention from beginning to end the maps where kinda alike and could have used different scenery but other than that all I can say it was an excellent game. And I hope they come out with it again but a better thought out version because even the best games started off slow.
Well, also I liked the way they built this game with the big sized robots normal games usually don’t have that and if they are a big sized robot game they usually suck and I don’t know why

that is, but I am looking forward to a part 2 because I felt it left me hanging at the end. I definitely wanted more so to the developer great job if I have to rate this game on a one to ten scale you definitely receive a one hundred and one. But don’t get too confident let’s see where you take us on part two and please use some different scenery and maps the fights and robots where amazing and I could honestly recommend it to any one who likes RTS games.
I think it would have also helped if they had a navigational arrow instead of the maps because the maps where definitely a big issue for me I strive on a strategy game and the maps were just to repetitive for me and a navigational bar would have been the best because it would have left out the difficult part of locating myself, but I guess that comes with the territory of strategy games. I do recommend it thanks and enjoy.

This game just never gets old. I remember playing this when I was still in college. Now, I just recently picked it up and found myself adoring it much like i did back then. After spending a month, I might just put it down again. And if I won't be able to play it again, my children probably would!

Blitztiger (04/07/2008)
This game is the most unique I've ever seen.

Gedekus (03/25/2008)
I think the unique thing about this game is the concept of temporary & eternal resource gathering, i.e. lava and solar panel. This concept hadn't been used yet by other RTS titles at that time.

This game is the bomb. I remember I used to have a copy of this game when I was 12. I played it in Russia and I cannot believe I lost the CD. This game is very unique. Very cool game with 3 levels - ground, underground and sky.

This game is awesome. It shows a level of customizability in the robots that is rarely seen even in games today. Thankfully, the American release went through, as otherwise we would not get to enjoy this amazing game. It is incredibly addictive, has graphics that would be considered decent now but were amazing when it came out. I give it a 10/10, for awesome gameplay, good graphics, and overall addictiveness.

Love the game.

Veljkom (07/10/2007)
Very unusual game indeed. I consider particulary interesting an idea to mount different parts on bots, making different combinations. I have played it long time ago, and I have considered it very hard - because it requires much micromanagement. However, after all this time I think it is still interesting so I like to try out some more.

That’s so cool. This game is fantastic, great graphics and addictive gameplay. Who doesn't like giant customizable fighting robots? The broad range of robot parts is awesome. The many selections of torsos, arms, and legs give the ability to make any specialized fighting structure. All from normal arms legs and body to power claws, pulse legs, missile bodies and more! The gameplay offers the complete customization of all these parts and side accessories at your home base and on the battlefield. Damaged arm? Simply jettison the battered piece of junk off to the side and have a hover car bring you a new and improved one.
