This game is basically just like the board. It was hard to get working when I played it and non monopoly players might struggle on how to play. However once its all set up its is simple to play and computer provide a good difficulty to even the most prudish player. The only thing I would suggest is that the game be made a bit more interesting with more graphics and the removal of the auction system since properties can be sold for ridiculous prices and it gives players with a lot of money too much of an advantage.

The sound system is okay with good sound effects. For example I remember that there was a train noise every time you went
to the station as well that funny silly noise when a player moves.
The game has a movie for every property on the board and sometimes it can be a bit humorous for example fish jumping out of the fountain at Mayfair and a flamingo knocking over another 1 at 1 at one of the yellow properties. However the movie will depend on what the status of the property is for example any houses or hotel brought on the property are shown in the movie and this can be quite funny as well. I remember there was on 1 property where 1 of the houses was on its side in a tree (gives a whole new meaning to the term tree house).
Overall the gameplay is similar to how you play the game on the board and like I said before those that know the board game will be able to find the pc version a lot easier to play. However many families used to have their own set of rules like with my family we had free parking gives you money and what the creators have done in this game is have some rules on the options where these custom rules can be added to the game for example the free parking thingy as well as landing on GO gives you double money.
