Sabre Team is one of those little known gems that had the all too common flaw of being a little ahead of its time, and being a bit difficult to grasp play. In play, it is much like Jagged Alliance and other such turn based combat games. Upon taking a mission, you must outfit your team with weapons, ammo, and armor. Placed on the battle screen, each man has movement points. In each mission, your goal is to go in as an anti-terrorist combat team to take out the bad guys and rescue the hostage. It's a tough game, to be sure. However, the rewards in playing itoutweigh the bad if you enjoy turn based combat games with a realworld story line and weapons.
