Game Review (written by Wiwium) Added on: 11/20/2007
I can remember the first big thing I bought when I got my first job as a paper boy. It was an Atari ST 520 It came with all sorts of great games like the classic Mega-lo-Mania, Speed Ball and Populous etc. The one game that gave me the most enjoyment above all else was a game called Supremacy: Your Will Be Done ( or Overlord as it is known in America). This single player game was designed by David Perry and developed by Probe Software, it was one of the first real time strategies that was released back in 1990 in Europe.

The object of the games is revealed by the name. To take control of the galaxy from your opponent to obtain total supremacy. It starts off by both players have there own planet and between them, A number of dead planets. The number of dead planets is determined by the difficulty ( the more difficult the game, the more dead planets there are). By adjusting your planets economy and buying a terraformer you have to start terraforming the dead planets till their are no dead planets left, then the fun part starts. As their are no dead planets left you have to build a military force and start fighting your opponent for their individual planets that you both have terraformed until you gain

control of all of them and you opponent has been crushed.
The game is a cross between a sort of football manager and a command and concur game and the graphics are left to just mere short and small FMV’s it is very basic, but once you have found out how to use every page and got your head around what everything is for, you can play it again and again and not ever get bored.
